A health-focused diner has sent fans into a frenzy by revealing exactly what she orders at McDonald’s.

Christy Hawke—a popular low-carb, or keto, diet instructor—likes to drink her maca without bread.

The 41-year-old US-based content creator said he doesn’t go to McDonald’s often, but when he does he likes to order a very special “naked” burger.

“At the kiosk,” he orders to make sure the Double Quarter Pounder is placed correctly.

First he takes the bread, then the mustard and tomato sauce.

The 41-year-old American content creator said he doesn’t go to McDonald’s often, but when he does, he likes to order a very special “naked” burger.

Sometimes he chops onions and then adds mayonnaise, light lettuce and pickles.

He washed it with ice water.

Christy shared a picture of the burger with a description, and her order was shared by hundreds of her followers.

“So what’s the point of going to McDonald’s?” asked a woman

One man added: “That pile of mayonnaise should scare you more than the bread, but it’s fine.”

“If you want to eat junk, don’t take it to church by removing the loaves. “You’re still putting garbage in your body,” added a third, “that doesn’t make it healthy anymore.”

While others were impressed.

“This is exactly what my McDonald’s orders look like when I go!” One woman wrote: I’m glad I’m not alone.

Another said: “No need for bread – especially for those of us who are careful about what we eat.”

Staff members revealed the “wacky order” was “annoying” – but it was far from the only strange request.

“A lot of people order cheeseburgers without the meat,” said one woman.

“I once asked someone to order a burger with five different sauces,” said another.

Some customers showed how they eliminate high-carb breads.

If I know I’m going to eat at a fast food restaurant, I’ll carry a low-carb tortilla in a ziplock bag in my purse. Then I just roll the inside of the burger/sandwich onto the tortilla and eat it that way.’
