Nicola Roberts shows off her toned abs in sports bra

Nicola Roberts looked incredible as she showed off her incredible physique in an Instagram photo on Thursday.

The Girls Aloud star showed off her impressive toned abs as she took a mirror selfie in her gym gear.

The star looked comfortable in a simple black sports bra and navy blue leggings as she thanked her bandmate Kimberley Walsh for sending her the ensemble.

Updating fans on her fitness journey, the redheaded Liverpudlian shared details about her health regime, revealing she is now attending reformer Pilates.

She captioned the photo: ‘I feel great about my reformative journey. I thought I’d share this little happiness I’m keeping with a black heart emoji.

She then thanked her friend for the gift as she wrote, “And I loved this @adanola set @kimberleywalsh gave me for my birthday.”

Fans rushed to comment on the star’s impressive physique while sending him compliments.

One wrote: ‘crushing, look at those abs!!!’ while another added “It’s always so nice to find little things that make you happy.”

It comes after the star reunited with bandmates Kimberley and Cheryl for her 38th birthday party in early October.

At the surprise reunion, the trio partied together at Lavo in Marylebone to mark Nicola’s big day.

The girls looked like they had a great night as they enjoyed a night out at The BoTree Bar, laughing together in a candid photo.

Kimberley also took to her Instagram Stories to share a beaming photo with her longtime friend, indulging in the birthday girl’s favorite cocktails – lychee martinis, strawberry daiquiris and Old Fashioneds.

Kimberley captioned the post: ‘Celebrity Miss @lilcola last night with my girl @cherylofficial.’

Videos from the night also showed Nicola blowing out candles on her birthday cake – a unique 20-tier Lavo cake – with presenter Laura Whitmore cheering.

While enjoying a night out with the girls, Nicola also opened up about how she is still in denial about bandmate Sarah Harding’s passing.

Sarah died at age 39 on September 5, 2021, after being diagnosed with breast cancer, which had spread to other parts of her body.

Appearing on Good Morning Britain last month, Nicola emotionally remembered the ‘vivid’ singer and admitted she is still in denial about the painful loss, which she described as ‘distressing’.

However, the beauty insisted that helping drive the BCAN-RAY project in Sarah’s honor is something she and the rest of Girls Aloud consider “very important.”

Asked how she feels, Nicola said: “It’s incredibly conflicting and I have to switch off a bit emotionally to be able to finish the chat.

‘From something so painful, we are here to talk about something so hopeful. You have to focus on moving forward or you will fall apart. It’s distressing.

‘Sarah and doctor Sasha became very close and he told her about this breast cancer project. “He became someone she could lean on. She said: ”I want to help you, I want to try to solve this”. Her wish was to participate in the fundraiser we held last year.

Remembering Sarah’s personality, Nicola was moved: “She was present at all times. She brought herself to every moment. She never tried to be someone else.

‘You caught Sarah in all her glory. So authentic. The vivacity. She was brilliant and improvised. She was the unpredictability of our group. She misses me very much.

‘For her, for her mother at home, her family and friends, she had already created a legacy in her performances, in her singing and songs.

“But then adding this setting of such magnitude to her legacy — and we can take up that baton for her — was really important to her and it’s really important to us.”
