One name that comes to mind when talking about fitness in Bollywood is Bipasha Basu. The actress has always been at the forefront in terms of fitness and dedication to a regular exercise regime. Even after pregnancy, the actress continues to give her fans and followers fitness goals by sharing workout posts on her Instagram. The actress was doing a functional hip exercise and shared this moment on social media. Functional exercises are done to increase coordination, improve balance, increase flexibility and improve posture. Functional exercises primarily focus on a variety of movements, each starting and ending in the muscles’ original position. These functional exercises can be performed by people of any age and fitness level, but with adequate guidance and supervision. Not long ago, Bipasha Basu; While on vacation with his family, he did strength training exercises.
