Dani captioned the clip: ‘I hate doing sit-ups. But we have to do this, without exceptions!!’

It all started when she stood in front of a full-length mirror in a green sports bra and brown biker shorts before heading to the yoga mat to show off her routine.

The 52-year-old’s first exercise was 20 push-ups on the floor.

She lay on her back with her feet hip-width apart and her hands clasped behind her head.

Dani then repeatedly moved her torso upward until her shoulder blades no longer touched the floor, before gradually lowering her body.

Next, she tackled reverse crunches. Still lying on her back, this time she kept her torso resting on the floor while contracting her abdomen to pull her legs towards her chest.

The exercise expert then did 20 bicycle crunches that require some level of coordination.

She lay down once more before lifting her legs off the floor and starting a bicycle motion before turning her torso to touch her elbow to the opposite knee as he came towards her.
